Single Patient Matching

Stem Cell & SOT

The Single Patient Matching module is available for both stem cell transplantation (SCT) and solid organ transplantation (SOT). It allows you to match multiple donors with your patient and to compare the results. The result table can be filtered quickly and sorted however you like. If you want to dive deep into the data, check out the interactive heatmap and peptide tables for every single match.

The color-code in the heatmap indicates which HLA mismatches strongly contribute to the PIRCHE score of a particular HLA presenter.

Search Profile

Stem CelL

The SCT Search Profile helps identify low-epitope-mismatched HLA mismatches and estimate the likelihood of finding a donor with a low PIRCHE score, even without direct access to a stem cell donor registry. It features a combined chart and table view for quickly locating preferable HLA mismatches.

Risk and Acceptable Mismatch Profile

SOLID ORGAN TRANSPLANT

The SOT Risk and Acceptable Mismatch Profile allows you to evaluate the contribution of individual mismatches to the overall PIRCHE score and to match an entire donor population to your patient to estimate average PIRCHE scores.

Combining these features, RAMP helps interactively assess acceptable mismatches and their impact on donor frequency. The Risk Profile's histogram visualizes donor frequency by PIRCHE score, indicating better chances of finding a well-matched donor with higher frequencies of low PIRCHE scores.

T-Cell Memory

SOLID ORGAN TRANSPLANT

The T cell memory (Tmem) update to the RAMP module distinguishes between "unacceptable mismatches" and "previous immunizers", using the latter as a reference peptide set to compare against common alleles. Overlaps may indicate previous T cell responses, suggesting that certain donor/recipient combinations should be avoided to prevent re-exposure.

The impact spans across loci, meaning selecting an HLA-B as a previous immunizer could highlight many overlapping A alleles. This adds a crucial dimension of analysis for identifying the best possible transplant matches.

INTEGRATIONS WITH PIRCHE

LIMS integration with Histotrac

Pirche has partnered with HistoTrac LMS Software to provide a streamlined and seamless integration for obtaining PIRCHE scores and optimizing automated non-PHI data exchange directly between the HistoTrac LMS Software and TxPREDICTOR.

MatchX integration with Werfen

Werfen (formally Immucor) and Pirche have partnered to provide customers with next-generation antibody analysis utilizing epitope scoring. The MatchX API solution involves integrating Pirche’s advanced epitope matching technology with Werfen's comprehensive suite of transfusion and transplantation diagnostic solutions.
